Mr. Silver graduated from the Univeristy of Florida, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988, and from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and to practice before the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida in 1993. Mr. Silver has experience in many areas of practice and his practice is presently focused in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, DUI defense and other criminal traffic offenses. Mr. Silver has handled cases at both the trial and appellate levels.  He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The South Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Palm Beach County Bar Association. Ms. Silver was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and  has also been admitted to the New York State Bar, The New Jersey State Bar and is a member of the The South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
